7th Administration | Dr John Hlophe on his impeachment, the JSC, joining the MK Party, and the GNU

uMkhonto weSizwe Parliamentary leader Dr John Hlophe says the African National Congress has gone astray. He says the ANC is no longer the party that fights for landless people and that they as a party, will pursue the land issue. Hlophe say the MK Party is now the official opposition since the DA is part of the Government of National Unity. He has also told the media that the MKP maintains its position that the elections were rigged.

That is a moot point, Dr Hlophe’s Phd is from England. Even if it was local the President is not a Vice Chancellor nor sits in the senate of any university. Hlophe was disrobed by JSC & Parliament. The President has no power to remove a Judge, he takes instruction from Parliament. His case started in 2008 & only resolved in March 2004. He is bleeding on the people who didn’t cut him.
