Project preparation bid window unveiled - Minister Dean Macpherson shares more

Public Works and Infrastructure Minister Dean Macpherson has unveiled a project preparation bid window inviting applications for project preparation funding.
The project preparation supports is a first-of-its-kind set to expand the ability of construction projects to be implemented in South Africa.
The project preparation financing will be in Energy, Water & Sanitation and Transport amongst others in rapidly turning South Africa into a construction site.

They have been building new Schools, but stolen the money. They have been reinvesting into all service delivery departments for all you people to have free water, free electricity, free municipality services, but stolen the money.
