Durban Raid | More than 120 undocumented foreigners arrested, drugs and fake currency found

A special law enforcement operation is currently under way in Durban.
It's aimed at addressing issues related to illegal firearms, hijacked buildings and undocumented foreign nationals.
Premier Thami Ntuli and the Provincial Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi are part of the operation.

The Agency rented out my flat to a foreign couple (from that Country, where laws and hygiene are not in their vocabulary) atleast to the ones I know). When they moved out, the letting Agency told me they had to repaint, removed and installed the new bath tub and curtain rails. The SAPS are lost when it comes to Firearms. They think the issue of gun violence stems from legal firearms. Firearms have always been in South Africa since the apartheid days being smuggled by resistance fighters from across the borders. They grew more in numbers in the 90s when ANC and IFP were on a civil war and both parties armed by their backers... All these guns are still in circulation to both the criminal world and civilians who had inherited them from those that got them illegally. Now there is a gun trade by corrupt police and corrupt security companies that sell them to the criminal world. Zimbabwe and Mozambique sell most of our illegal firearms and dynamite to the underworld in this country. SAPS is acting as if they don't know this and want to blame legal firearm owners. You legally shoot a guy in South Africa, they disarm you whilst the firearm is taken for ballistics testing by SAPS forensics which may be anything between 3 months and a year. Why bother shooting them if that is the case? SAPS is really unproductive with their laws and procedures
