This is a joke. A fortune spent in the name of incompetence of SAPS to keep the people safe and secure. A spectacle for the stupid people who think this will keep the people of SA safe. They should be ashamed. Drama, Drama look we can put on a show at a huge expense but ultimately we cannot do the work.
