Linheraptor and tsaagan are suposedly the same species, if that were true tsaagan would get to keep its name because it was found first

It's hard to say for certain. We know Velociraptor was nocturnal, so maybe Tsaagan and Linheraptor were diurnal? They may also have been less common than Velociraptor, based on how few skeletons we have of the latter two.
