Wow awesome! I got a reaver and it was great! For some reason the speaker was crackling a lot and the saber would freeze up and shut off sometimes. I sent it back and now I’m waiting for them to fix it. I can’t wait to see it again it’s an awesome product!

If you want smooth swing on your Sabertrio FX Vektra, you could upgrade the soundboard from a Pico Crumble to a Crystal Focus X soundboard for an ~80 dollar upcharge. You scroll down to the bottom of the "store" page and selecting FX Saber Soundboard upgrade. If your saber is still processing, you can still do this. It is not too late.

Kind of looks like with that hilt you'd want a short blade if you were to couple two of them together for a staff. With a coupler I'm guessing about 74 inches so just over 6 feet long? Thoughts on that?

Yeah for a staff you would want 32” or 28” blades , this has the 36” and would be too long in a staff

Do you happen to know what the difference is between sabertrio's Mid grade neo blade and their heavy grade neo blade ? I'd like to know what is the difference in brightness between the two (if you know) . Please tell that you have Aeryn with Heavygrade blade! I'm looking to get my first lightsaber and I want Aeryn with 32" Heavygrade. I'm just worried that the blade will fall off or something if the saber is spinned like in the prequel films. I haven’t purchased a saber in a few years. My how things have changed. Is the sound with very slow movements a saber trio only thing? All of my sabers require faster or harder movement to make sounds. I like it producing sound on the slow and fluid movements. Seems more realistic. I wonder if electrum or any one else has this as well?

This is a feature of smooth swing which is available on the CFX, Proffie and Golden Harvest V3 sound boards and Electrums D3 sound board. Not exclusive to Sabertrio. However I’ve found that Sabertrio is the best company out there for sabers their quality and customer service is bar none. Electrum is a good second but I found their saber to be buggy and issue prone.

How much of a difference is the mid grade compared to a heavy grade, is the heavy grade that much heavier and is the mid grade a lot more fragile like if you hit something a little to hard it will break

There is a noticeable difference in weight. The mid grade isnt super fragile but you also don't want to hit anything super hard with it. I typically prefer the heavy grade blade as i'm not exactly super gentle with my sabers. The extra sturdiness is nice to have with heavy grade blade. But. the mid grade is a little bit brighter. So it depends on how you plan on using it.

Got the same lightsaber two days ago. Wanted to try it out, but always when powering it up, a female voice tells me "diadem cell missing" ( that's what I understand ) and nothing else happens. Can you (in person as on camera I am well aware these sabers look different and brighter) see the tip of the blade once ignited or the join where the tip meets the rest of the blade? As I have recently purchased my first neopixel from GCS and I can see the tip and join on my blade once ignited and if sabertrio blades fit I want to get a sabertrio blade as I feel that these might be brighter?

Do you find that the 2x blade retention strew's hold the blade more securely? Or have you had issues in general with your other sabertrio sabers where the blade is loose? I purchased a Neopixle skylar and found that the blade wobbled alittle. I made sure the screw was tightened to a reasonable level as I know you don't wanna over tighten. I've had to put a few small bits of masking tape around the blade so it has a more snug fit.
