Umm... Making this would be difficult coz FNF plays instrumental and vocals from separate files, and in vocals file in few moments, there are impostor's, and boyfriend's voices at the SAME TIME so cutting boyfriend's voices in audacity would be difficult.

The second songs are hella underrated though, that's very true. The only one that gets a pretty good amount of attention is Roses and even then it's pretty overshadowed by Thorns. Fresh, South, Philly Nice, High, Eggnog, and Guns are all underrated though.
