Im watching the credits right now on my run of this. I grinded a bit at the end to level 53, and Ansem took me 4 or 5 tries, but i got it! Thanks man

For anyone following this finding it rough around chernabog, take a detour to olympus, do the phil cup to buff gravity, and the herc cup to get yellow trinity. Then, head to Neverland and get the upgrade to aero, and make sure you got the cure upgrade from aerith in the hollow bastion library. That's all it took for me.

If Im travelling from Halloween Town to Neverland, but I ended up on Atlántica. Can I try again that travel, without loading the game, just because I unlocked Atlántica for any reason? Or just to be sure to not play Atlántica, the best way is to load up the game before that?

Just fly back and forth till you get hook ship to appear. Its got 70% to appear if you don't do one of the worlds (HT and Atlantica)

Some strange glitch happened to where Cid's dialogue about Merlin's book and the bells ringing didn't happen after I completed wonderland and deep jungle.

It's because you used the glitch to get to Squall but you didn't talk to him twice and get the summoning stone from him. I had the same issue on my end today and figured it out.

Personally i dont know how to make a better ship in kh1. I just use a blueprint with so good def and add alot of guns to it...

SaboteurXIII for Proud just put 3/4 guns on the ship a couple of armour pieces and most importantly have Haste.

Trying to do this playthrough atm! I'm at 12 hours on the Chernabog fight and am taking a little break because I'm tired of him kicking my ass. Definitely uh. Cutting it close, haha. I'm definitely an amateur about it, can't wait to see if I can glean anything from your technique in the event my current playthrough isn't successful.

Undefeated is completing the game without continuing if you get a game over. And of course unchanging armor is completing the game without ever changing the party’s accessories. The 2nd achievement is best done on beginner mode as it lets Sora start with a Ribbon and an Exp Necklace.

I just finished my run with your guide. Great commentary, felt like I was playing along with a friend not some stiffy guide guy. Only thing I messed up I totally forgot to use the Power and Defense Ups until end of Halloween Town where you mentioned the chest with the Power Up and I was like wait.. did I forgot to take em? I was wondering why I dealt so less damage and recieved so much in comparison to you I just died 2 times till then but after that it was a breeze! 😂

Oddly enough by the ansem riku i actually started to die. Fast forward i finally felt like i was under powered on the final boss. Proceeds to grind half of the six hours i had remaining. Beat him without even running away from his beams

Yeah you can do those things and get the trophy/achievement. Just don't touch the equipment option to change keyblade/accessories.

Hey my gf are doing this following along with you… and I’m doing WAY less damage than you are. We just finished the fight with the Shadow Sora in Neverland and every strike you did literally did twice as much damage as mine did. I know I chose the same options at the beginning, any idea what’s going on? Loving the video so far! Edit: I just checked and I’m the same level with the same stats as you are at that point. Could it be that we’re playing on ps5 with the ps4 version while you’re on Xbox? That’s a pretty serious balance difference though.

That's weird/interesting, I'm not sure what could cause that. Are you playing on beginner as well? Since there's a big damage difference between the 3 difficulty's... Other than that I'm at a loss why you lack dmg, are you using all the power boosts that I pick up in the run too (I assume yes since you say we same lvl and stats)

I am late to the party, but is there en achievment for not switching keyblades? I can only see the one with armor, which i think is glitched for me. I beat ansem but a did use different armor before just using a different keyblade and didnt Press continue

So you must not touch the equipment option throughout the entire game, since you changed your keyblade it voids the achievement since it's under the equipment tab.

Lmao was you not paying attention!? Nah but seriously it is hard late game to not die if you dont grind lvs with base equipment imo. You have plenty of time to grind lvs if needed for the speedster achievement but thought be more entertaing to just go as fast as possable.

You can use it as a guide, see where and how I do things but it was a full run where things can/did go wrong in places lmao

That shouldn't happen... That happens when picking up items like potions/ethers if you have a free item slot. But that's never happened with accessories.

Yeah i did those trophy together too, and I can say it's very easy, you can skip Hallowen and Atlantica. Arrived to Ansem in 4 hours but well, what a pain it was to defeat him, had to use the extra time to grind some level *__*

You could fly back up afterward you beat chernabog for a safety save? You lose like a minute or something, but got plenty of time in the 15hr achievement

Yeah after the fight, instead of going down go up which feels like it takes forever and you can go back to the Pooh's save point. So don't have to fight chernabog every time you die.

@@chandrabokie5630 is a hard fight. Keep aero up for defense. Don't try and rush it, take your time. Get behind him on the floor behind him when he tries to pull you in. Try and keep any ethers/elixers for the final fight but easier said than done, hope to get item drops from heartless waves when rescuing party members.
