What I’m most excited about is that it seems like Slafkovsky and Mesar have a connection. They connected on one goal but they kept finding each other in crazy circumstances during the game. I can see them playing on a line together in the future.

Mesar and Slaf were really impressive. So was Norlinder. Extremely smooth and great hands. Idk if it’s just me but he looks taller

I think people have this misconception that because Norlinder is touted as a smooth skating offensively minded defenceman that for some reason he's small. He's 6'1" and looks to have a decently long reach from having long limbs, making him appear taller than he is.

tjrs un cretons pour ramener sa a mcdavid un moment donné sa viens fatiguant en tabarnack.. sa seras pas du tout le même genre de joueur. slaf jle vois beaucoup plus comme un 2 way foward avec une bonne premières passe... i feras pas 40 goal saison non plus i va en faire 20-25 mais va faire beaucoup de passe.. so ..
