sabrina is honestly so inspiring, because she never gave up. she's been making music for almost a decade and she's finally having her breakthrough, but it really shows that hard work does pay off. and that sometimes it takes a little longer for you to achieve your dreams than it does for others, but that's okay. not everybody can be an overnight success or it's so rare for artists to make it big on their debut. but her drive shows that you shouldn't let that keep you from doing what you love and striving for your goals. it gives me so much hope, and it truly inspires me to not give up on my dreams either. she more than deserves all the praise she's getting right now! and her music is gorgeous. please please please listen to emails i can't send if you haven't already! (also i feel like her music sounds a lot like a more modern poppy version of abba's music, but i also see what you mean about dolly too!)

The “teenage girl” audience is so on point bc when I was working retail at 19 yo they alwayssss played her song “almost love” and I liked it not knowing it was her… I looked her up and really enjoyed her singular albums! I even flew to DC to go to her 2019 tour since she only had ONE concert date in Florida at the time and I had already missed it 😭 but yea I think at this point she’s out of a bad & long contract with Hollywood records and is now collaborating with people that she can create better songs with/finding herself as well. I think nonsense has a little bit of that country twang along with a few other songs on her last album, it suits her well!

Sabrina actually debuted on March 2014 (so yes, she's been out there for more than 10 years). Her first 4 albums (Eyes Wide Open, EVOLution, Singular: Act I and Act II) were all under Hollywood Records. emails i can't send was her first album in her current label and she said it was her first album where she really felt like herself and sounded like herself. She always had a little bit of a country influence on her music (Already Over and lonesome stans, RISE). I've been keeping with her since her beginning and it makes me so happy to see her getting the recognition she ALWAYS deserved. Sabrina has been doing the country music though 😅. That’s majority of her Emails I can’t send album is low key country. She’s like a young Dolly. They’re feisty and blonde. I like Sabrina and I hope people don’t take her at face value (though I know they will) because she’s so much more talented than people will first assume. She’s a great songwriter, she plays instruments, and she’s a dancer, a beautiful vocalist (with range) was on Broadway and makes really sincere thoughtful music. She’s funny, witty, and she seems like such a little bad ass. And the girl understands marketing. I hope the girls give her chance, because she been too long 😅 Sabrina and Victoria Monet are such stubborn Taurus girls and it shows. They have been in the background for too long. I agree I agree I AGREE. It's smart to release a slower record. There were so many inspirations in it that harken to other iconic artists like Dolly, Beyonce, Gaga, etc. Plus the subject matter is about her boyfriend, who's been a pretty hot topic, and so you know the song/video is just gonna generate more buzz right in time for an end of summer album release. In terms of other songs you might like, try Honeymoon Fades. That was my sleeper Sabrina track on spotify before I even knew who she was. I just listened, liked, and left it there until Feather when I "re-discovered" her.
