I saw someone comment that Archie comics should have it's own Arrowverse like DC have. That's a really good idea actually, and I think that's the direction that they're heading with Riverdale and The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina.

Sabrina is NOT going to appear in Riverdale due to a request from Melissa Joan Hart, who played Sabrina in the eponymous 90's sitcom. If she does, MJH won't be very happy, and the series will degenerate into an atrocious rip-off of Charmed and The Vampire Diaries.

Mutsor Tima that is not true. Sabrina WAS going to be part of the CW until Netflix bought the rights. She might crossover in the future, but she is very much part of the Riverdale universe. A character from Riverdale has appeared in CAoS. Melissa doesn’t have a say in what happens with the show.

Mutsor Tima also, this show isn’t remotely like Charmed or The Vampire Diaries, nor will it be. Have you seen either of those shows? Chilling Adventures of Sabrina blows them out of the water. Let’s not compare CAoS with two shows that have no relation to the story being told. When did Charmed ever deal with Satanism, occultism, and Puritanical/Abrahamic interpretations of witchcraft? It didn’t. Charmed might’ve dealt with witchcraft, but it definitely created its own hierarchy of angels and demons, none of which are synonymous with Christians views of witchcraft.

I have read the original run of her in the Archie Comics. I like them a lot, they're really funny. They are super underrated and everyone should read them. I like both the comics and the Sitcom for different reasons. I like Sabrina, Hilda, and Harvey better in the comics. I like the trope of Hilda being crabby and Harvey accidently foiling her by tripping over things as well as her hating him. I like Zelda and Salem better in the Sitcom, most because they were just there in the comics, and Zelda's main personality was just being nice. Though there are two characters from the comics that I wish were in the show; her cousin Abrose and the head witch Della

Her mom would have turned into a ball of wax once Sabrina came into her powers, which was the reason why she went to live with her hunts (which were her father sisters). Geez, get your facts straight, it would have been a quick Wiki read.

the ball of wax was whenever she saw her mom after she got her powers. the only times her mom appeared on the show was when Sabrina gave up her powers for a little while to see her and on the final episode when she was getting married. Hilda took her place as to the victim of being made a ball of wax

I mean, CAoS is based of the comic of the same name. It’s not really about being edgy. The comic was popular, which is why the show went in that direction. I like it being distinguishable from the 90’s sitcom-it’s a refreshing reboot.

She's going to be in the season that starts on Wednesday. Polly went to live on a farm with the twins and it's going to turn out to be in Greendale, where Sabrina lives with Zelda and Hilda. If you watch the trailer for the Netflix series, there's a flash of a creature that looks exactly like the creature in the fourth season trailer of Riverdale.

I honestly loathe the fact that Sabrina's gonna be in Riverdale. Even worse, she might be portrayed by Dove Cameron! Dove is great and all, but her high voice annoys me, and she already wrecked the tomboy stereotype in Descendants. Personally not looking forward to her Riverdale appearance. Bonus fact, did you know that the guy who composed the theme song to Sonic Underground also composed the theme songs to both Sabrina cartoons?

+blaze rider Yea they changed her appearance in the show, probably because actors cutting their hair for a role wasn't the norm back then. In a lot of the modern cartoons they changed her hair to look like the sitcom too. But her original hair was the bob

I hate the current Sabrina comics. It's really disappointing that Arcgie Comics is making all of their books so dark and edgy nowadays. They should bring back the lighthearted stuff and they really need to reprint the old Sabrina comics from the '60's.

They still make Archie digests featuring the character. And the Archie Horror comics are fantastic and I'd say better than anything else Archie has to offer.
