After listening to the album and finding out about the story behind it you realize that this music video is filled with Easter eggs. At the start when she is speaking to someone but there’s nobody there I think that she’s referring to the fact that she was left with no therapist and so began writing emails to herself. The letters she’s putting in the box are those emails that she was sending which she had sealed but at the end of the music video they become released. Thus some of the quotes begin with ‘dear me/Sabrina’. Moreover, the quotes are some of the lyrics in her songs. Lastly on the kitchen table she spelled out her co-writers such as ‘Julia Michaels’ and ‘JP’. (There’s even a fork on it -> ‘you used a fork once’’). AAAAA she’s a genius and I love her so much.

The lyrics indicated that she bumped into an ex and she didn’t wanna think about the past they had (Lyric: Won’t it be too nostalgic) But at the end, she realised that they had both grown mentally (Lyric: we'll be thinking about how different we are) and she decided to stop dwelling on the negative events (arguments), enjoy the nostalgia, and appreciate that the past had made them grown.
