You can't just magically change things. Stuffing the ballot box, injuring the actually talented person and giving someone the power to destroy the financial markets are all bad ideas. In this show's universe people use magic all the time for personal gain. It's when they start meddling with the natural laws or the non magical world that might expose magic that sabrina gets in trouble. She could have easily gotten away with giving her friend a few extra votes so she didnt feel as bad about losing, a minor injury that didnt' keep the foot ball player out of the game completely and a small one time boost to her teachers luck to brighten his outlook.

When you think about it, all of her 'nice' deeds actually weren't that nice. She made Jenny win, but she hurt Libby's chances. She helped Harvey play, but she broke the other boy's hand. And she altered the laws of physics which could have drastic effects on reality. (In fact, later in this episode, the witches' council even tells Sabrina this and punishes her for it!)

But it doesn’t make sense, so see the episode, finger flu for more. In my fictional stories, which are right on occasion, there are people called SABRINICS. and their magic is in their blood. If they wanted to give away their magic, like Sabrina did, the people would have to die. The country they live in is SABRINIA. this country is set up, kind of like the other room in some parts, and kind of like America and others. Special portals, still in London, closets, or other obscure places… In obtrusive, of course… Are used to get to the magical section of that country. The “moral section “never enters into the magical land. of course, Eric Galvin, Center, is the head of the witches council in SABRINIA. The SABRINIC people use their magic for good, of course. However, there are some bad guys still. Magic is done by waving your hands, or other things, not just by pointing one finger in various directions. Instead of black cats, these people have JIMMERS for their from years.
