I used airtel since 2007 till 2023 and finally left and moved to jio because of poor data speed in my area and when i shifted to Mumbai since my home is at 1st floor then no network at all

Airtel 5g bohot bakwaas.....5g sirf main markets mein aur 3rd floor se upar hee pakadta hai......recharge karne ke baad bhi thanks app mein jaake activate karo.....upar se data capping.....mein 12 saal se airtel ka customer thaa....lekin last month i had enough and i ported to Jio

V! ko kyu chor rahe hain pata nahi, par agar constant ek hi jagah mein rehte ho, ya travelling nahi karte anyatha aap Metro City / Town Area mein rehte ho toh bilkul bhi problem nahi milna chahiye.

Aur agar main hi aisa bol raha hun toh aap samajh hi sakte hain, Par haan V! utna bhi achcha nahi hain par kaam chal jaata hain, specially Broadband users ke liye jo ki main bhi hun, aur main V! ko bachna dekhta chahta hun naki ki Duopoly. Aur Duopoly achcha nahi hain kyuki dono ek saath prices barha denge, jo even abhi bhi ham dekh rahe hain. Aur Aise hi Sorry agar maine kuch galat bol daala toh.

@alpeshmoree plan activate karne ka lagta hai 99 rs Gallery mein jaake karao better rahega 1 week lagta hai port hone mein First recharge ka offer ke baare mein koi idea nhi hai muje kyunki mera family postpaid plan hai 449 ka

jiofiber is far better than airtel. Ek to sab jagah pe airtel wale airfiber bechne me lage pade hai, whereas jio is providing both options and I strongly belive optic fiber based wifi connection is far superior than airfiber as no external factors affecting the signal.

plus service is top notch from jio. There was some issue in my home network because of which wifi was not coming up. Raised a Ticket in myJio app around 8am and by 11am technician visited site and fixed the issue.

Airtel ka customer base badne ka ye bhi karan ho sakta hai ki unhone axis bank ke saath credit card launch kiya hai jo airtel recharges me flat 25% cashback dete hai jo ki seedha bill me adjust ho jata hai. Isse airtel ke plans price hike se pehle ke rate pe padte hai effectively, network is consistent hai.
