Sabudana khichdi Recipe ingredients
2 Cup Sabudana tapioca pearl or sago | २ कप साबूदाना
1 Cup Groundnut |१ कप मूंगफली
4 medium size boiled potato | ४ उबले हुए आलू
tbsp clarified butter/ ghee| or cooking oil
२ चम्मच शुद्ध घी
1/2 tsp grated ginger| १/२ छोटा चम्मच अदरक
2-3 tbsp fresh green chilli | २-३ हरी मिर्च
1 tsp Himalayan salt to taste| १ छोटा चम्मच मैदा नमक स्वादानुसार
Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (हरी धनिया)
