Today I went to a cars 24 showroom to sell my top notch condition Hyundai xcent(SX) which is 2 yr 11 mnth old...i was told that the price which for my car through bidding came at 3 lac 41 k....i bought the car for 7.30lac...i was shocked to hear this from them...prior to that I tried to buy a same dated car( same km)...it was showing around 5.7 to 6 lac minimum for a petrol car...and they are giving me 3.4 lac when I am selling it . Will never visit cars24 again...

I had the same experience on 29th june 2021. My father wanted to sell our WagonR(2010) and the condition was top class but cars24 was giving just 60000. I could even get that money from selling my old tyres and stereo in the market. Later on 1st july, we sold our car to MARUTI itself and we got 1,70,000.

Yes you are 100% right they don't sell it to end users. Buyers are other agencies who after some cleaning and polishing re-sell your car. That's why this is very important that 1st owner shall go with RC transfer ASAP before even someone else could drive it for 1 km. You never know tmw a terrorist will use the car.

Bhai. From my experience, the price they initially offer for your car is the price at they will sell. The difference between the initial app offer and post inspection is their spread. Also, I think it is the reverse bidding that they do. Like who can bid at the lowest price to maximise the spread. Also no fear we are with you and also subscribed.

Bhai ek cheez aur, kaafi din pehle mere dost ko apni car bechni thi, toh unhone in logo ko contact kia, banda aaya usne inspection kari wagairah sab hogaya. Price bhi theek thaak agaya tha. But uske baad dost ko kahi aur acchi deal mil rahi thi, jo ki 70k zyada thi us price se. Car dost ke paas hi thi, but in logo ne usko list kardia tha apni site par toh kaafi log ghar bhi aaye dekhne car ko. Ab aata hai interesting part, jab dost ne car bechi, toh jiski car bech, uska agle din phone aaya ki car ka sale letter already nikla hua hai and ye transfer ni ho sakti us bande ke naam. Mere dost ko samajh ni aaya ki kya scene hai, par baad mai pata chala ki in logo ne uska sale letter nikalwa lia apne aap hi, pata nahi kaise. Iska matlab ye ki car toh aapko unhe hi bechni padegi ni toh bikne hi nahi denge! Car mere dost ke paas khadi hai, usko log dekhne aa rahe hain, aur inhone sale letter bhi nikalwa lia? Mera dost India ni rehta, bas 10 din ko aaya tha car bechne, socha tha in logo ke through easily car bik jaegi, but wo wapas chala gaya and car bhi nahi bik paai is chakkar mai. Baad mai i dont know kaise us bande ne apne naam transfer karwaai car, but kaafi din lag gaye the and tension hui wo alag.

Sumit bhai aap sahi bol rhe ho. Cars 24 mein maine apni Alto LX 2009 ki online valuation karwai, wo nikli ₹87k ki. Wo sirf 40,000 kms chali thi. But unke store pe jaa kar pata laga ki wo ₹65k hi denge. Main wahan se usi time bhaaga. Phir mujhe apni car k liye ₹1.6 lakh mil gye, jabki wo car maine ₹2.7 lakh ki Li thi. Keep it up! 👍

सुमित भाई, मेरा अनुभव अलग है,मेरी गाड़ी Ford Ecosport 2019 Model थी ,फोर्ड कंपनी बंद होने के बाद फरवरी 2022 में मैंने अपनी गाड़ी बेचने के लिए Cars 24 की साइट पर विजिट किया ,मेरी गाड़ी मैंने बाहर तीन जगह दिखाई थी और उन सभी ने मेरी गाड़ी की वैल्यू 6.25 लाख लगाई लेकिन Cars 24 ने मेरी उसी गाड़ी की वैल्यू 7.60 लाख लगाई, और तीन दिन के अंदर पैसे भी मेरे अकाउंट में आ गए।

I have been following Cars24's "benefits" for quite some time and it used to feel like a lucrative deal. I used to think whether it's worth spending the extra money for the "peace of mind" of buying a car from them compared to a local dealer (due to inspection report, refurbishment, warranty etc). But after watching these videos I am glad I didn't make the mistake of buying from them. I knew earlier that they keep high profit margins. But I didn't know about these fraudulent and unethical practices.

Maine cars24 se apni pehli car khareedi thi 02 saal pehle Unhone signed form29,30 nai diye ,car loan noc bhi expired di thi. Phr unka agent hi job chor ke bhaag gaya.. Cars 24 bolta hai ki ab agent chala gaya toh kuch nai kar sakte. Phr seller se directly milke document transfer kiye khud.
