I gotta say (going to a cosmetologist to get my acne treated) its a long process before they even pop the pimples and everything. My cosmetologist cleanses my face, then puts on a hydrating mask, cleansing gel and then she extracts all of it. The extraction alone takes like 15-25 minutes I'd say and when they pull out the scalpel.. your face hurts like hell. They have to put another cream and some kind of water (idk what kind) and then a mask that's gonna calm your skin down.. it works :d I go there in a few hours

there are so many things wrong with this video. lets break it down 1: she's using the blade tool way too heavy handed. estheticians are taught to only use the very end of the sharpest point of the blade... shes pushing it about a millimeter into the clients skin. she is repeatedly using the tool too roughly, causing more bleeding than normal, and more scarring. 2: from what i saw, she was using the same gauze/cotton pad to wipe off blood throughout the video. that's awful. the only thing that does is spread the blood, dirt, and extracted sebum all over the clients face. horrible sanitary habit. she also hadn't changed her gloves or sanitized her tool or any part of the clients face throughout the video. 3: this could be the most awful part of this video. she used the blade tool... to STAB an infected, clogged area. from what i could see, the tool wasnt disinfected. she continued to squeeze at this poor mans infected pore impaction long after she got the clogs out... she just continued to squeeze this guy's blood all over his face. sure, she managed to get this guys clog out, but she could've been much more professional about it and just treated the infection first, then properly extracted everything at a later appointment. as far as i can tell, the only thing she did to this poor dude was make his infection bleed all over his face, probably irritate and further complicate the infection, and cause damage that will most definitely lead to a scar later on. 4: lets talk about 21:55 ... remember how i said earlier that as an esthetician, we are trained not to use any part of the blade tool but the very end? this woman is literally using the blade tool to DIG INTO this guys skin, trying to force the tool into his face and remove the blackhead. i could go on and on about these videos and how many things shes doing wrong. let alone how many people have spent time and money to have her treat their skin. they trusted her to help with their issues, and this is just about as unprofessional as it gets.

that's all a non circulating stagnant infected blood and pus mix, it's best drained out - and there are like 6-8 more steps after this and there were a couple before this, when they clean them all up real nice and put antibacterial stuff on them and make them look half way decent before chucking them back out in the street. I read the entire process a while back for a full treatment package and it's pretty impressive.

It’s probably some form of cystic acne. It can be treated w oral medication or topical medication. This is a pretty bad case tho, but who knows their situation. I don’t blame you, I’d be cringing every time!

Tweezing doesn’t hurt the mole. Lots of Asian cultures consider moles lucky and generally let the hairs grow if it’s possible.

I’ve been told by surgeons that tweezing the hairs from a mole can irritate it and it’ll become inflamed/infected. They should be cut or shaved instead of plucked.

Diet, lifestyle and proper skin care regimen will take care most of this. But when you are extracting, skin must be cleanse first and then steamed to soften pores. She’s doing more damage to the skin and making marks and indents by squeezing comedones and milias.
