Same with me. Had oily skin, never acne or any skin problems at all and I don’t have wrinkles either at 68. People cannot believe my age , they think I’m 50. Just goes to show not everyone has acne with oily skin. I also don’t use expensive skin products. I wash my face with “dove” as I do the rest of my body.

I wash my face by putting any hand lotion on my face then a warm wash cloth and then I recently bought L’Oréal serum on my face. I have 2 girlfriends from school and they beg me to go to reunions. Never. Bullies back in the 50-60’s were ruthless.

Not only are Thuy's videos awesome, but I also find the negative comments SO amusing at times. As if Thuy were somehow a pimple-popping DJ taking requests. As if negative commenters know anything about extractions, the difference between sebum and pus, what treatments are given to clients before and after extractions. As if negative commenters know anything about microbiology, dermatology, sterilization, or infection prevention. Commenters who think they see the same thing she sees on the client's face with different lighting and magnification. As if Thuy is going to change how she treats her clients based on what any of us say. I loooove the people that think they are single-handedly exposing a secretive underground garage extraction and facial operation, and say someone should report to the authorities! And the ones who think Thuy and the Spa just kick out their clients bleeding onto the street. Also the folks who have no sense of scale and think a couple of drops of blood is arterial spurting. Oh! and let's not forget the people that think a new sterile knife must be used on each pore. Yet these willfully ignorant negative attacking commenters are still on here watching, when if they were that upset, they could just stop watching. So much entertainment! In spas they would put your face under warm steam for about 5-10 minutes to soften your skin and open up your pores before popping acne. At home you can try popping after a hot shower

Extractions are a normal part of a facial depending on your skin type/condition/goals. There are so many comments on this video about people thinking they’re not getting all of it out just so that this poor person will have to come back and pay more money. I’m thinking that they’re just trying to open up the pores and get the majority of it out now, and then when they finish up with the rest of the facial, the rest should easily come out then. So instead of causing more pain and trauma now to the skin, it can be removed in a more gentle fashion once they’re open and ready to go.

1st of all this is 10 minutes out of an hour. 2nd we are seeing it zoomed in and she isn't. 3rd as long as the plug is gone from the top, then when they do the other steps it will empty the pores.

If that's the case why can you easily see the clients who are returning who have in most cases extreme inflammation and infected pores because they were opened and not cleared completely. If there were this many steps as you stated they wouldn't be returning looking worse that when they started. If that were the case she would make it a point to occasionally show those steps with all the criticism she has been getting lately about being so unprofessional. Yes if she reads any of the comments she has seen that criticism. I'm almost positive she has an app she uses that translates.

A Dermatologist won't recommend that. They won't generally recommend soap at other then Dove. Mine recommends glycerin Purpose cleanser

It’s just a recommendation as i’ve suffered from various kinds of breakouts before but now, I can attest to the wonders that sulfur soaps brought by for my skin’s continuous healing. What works for me might (or not) also work for you.

There's also mental health issues that affect a person's ability to care for themselves, as well as eating greasy food or junk food that causes break outs. Crap food is more affordable and stretches the food budget for a family. The final issue is a vitamin deficiency. It can cause black heads. I'm sure Vietnam has soap but there's more to a person's story then the dirty face you see. Empathy goes a long way.

I think most places steam their faces before popping. That is why they poke them, too, it breaks thru the skin covering the blackhead, making it pop out easier.

Honestly, washing your face in the morning and at night with cold water to shrink the pores is the best thing you can do. Getting a face scrub and doing that twice a week is even better. But that doesn’t help cystic acne. Some can only be helped by prescriptions.

Oh My Goodness! I say the same thing when I watch all of these videos...A nice, very warm washcloth on his face BEFORE the extraction and after the treatment - would help soften the clogged pores and help sooth his skin !
