As an English cricket fan in the 90’s, I absolutely hated this bloke!! Only because he was so good!! Very rarely bowled a bad ball and was the main reason we lost the Ashes every time for 18 years. There was lots of times where we were going well and were at 200-2 for example and then he would come back on to bowl and in no time at all we would be 225-6 with only the tail left.
