I agreed with everything you said except electrical car assessments. As developed as US is, the electric vehicle made up 6.8%. That's the best EV is going to get. Who wants to risk tons of money on vehicles that street mechanics can not fix. If this is the only solution Tinubu is going to fix, Nigeria refineries, including Dangote, need to function. The usage rate will continue to grow.
