looks like what I see with ultra graphics setting on my pc, thats not a bad thing and this gen consoles are really powerful. Most people just don't understand hardware and also trying to push rt+4k does not help as its really heavy on anything to run. How's the difficulty? LBP1 was pretty difficult, but fun and rewarding, the lack of any kind of challenge in LBP2, though, made it very boring for me, and after a while, I couldn't even bring myself to play it

@@piobu5357 The degree of challenge varies from almost non existent to moderately challenging. I’d say it’s certainly more challenging than LBP2. It’s not a game I’d recommend if you’re looking for challenging, precision platforming, but it certainly does offer moments of difficulty where swift avoidance of obstacles and enemies are necessary, along with some fast paced moments that require an uninterrupted flow of coordination. Every stage has between 2-5 orbs. Collecting at least some of these is necessary to unlock new worlds and to progress through the game. Finding and obtaining all of them can be reasonably challenging. If you’re looking for some light hearted and amusing platforming with some moments of challenge, this game should satisfy you. It also looks incredible. The colors and textures really look great.

To me this launch was a total failure with 4 launch titles that don't interest me at all. No reason for me to even try to get a PS5.

Yeah the challenge of the later stages surprised me. I'm trying to 100% it and have had to play stages several times to get all the requirements. The lack of instructions really threw me for a loop to. I know they can be found in the menu but I would have thought they would have on screen tutorials in this type of game.

It is! All of the LittleBigPlanet games are so freaking cute,adorable, and charming and in this game its even better! I am enjoying the crap out of it haha! Ive been playing the games since I was very young back on the PS3 so i was like 6 or 7 and I am now 19 and I STILL enjoy them! I super recommend playing them! One of the best platformer games ive ever played for sure and the player created stuff is amazing too(people are crazy talented)! I hope they add a feature on this new one soon to let Player created worlds come back.

Only flaw of ps4 pro is the stupidly loud fan which made me go for an upgrade. But the loading times and overall feel + the new controller is well worth it I would say. Also so many games running on 60fps vs 30 is also a big deal.

I'm just glad that they made all the required downgrades to make even the original PS4 version run at a mostly locked 60fps. 60fps should be standard for this generation of consoles, but the care put into closing out the 8th generation should be just as important of starting of the next generation.

I played a level with my girlfriend last night and there was a remixed version of Let's Dance by David Bowie... really cool stuff! Sometimes you'll be playing the game and won't even realize you're listening to an orchestral version of Material Girl by Madonna lol

John it will be great if you could use something like iZotope RX De-plosive because your pop filter seems to be not good enough to eliminate the plosives in your voice (maybe the pop filter is too close to the mic capsule). Awesome video though

It has FPS, RPG elements so I just want to know how the guns feel or the melee weapons or the body modification. At this point Digital Foundry are clutching at straws. There is no discernible difference between the PS5 and the PS4 Pro versions. At a distance of 1-2 meters from the screen, all three versions look identical. Any difference that may exist in lighting or textures is now indistinguishable from what otherwise might be a simple artistic choice. So the question of which version looks better is mostly down to personal taste - that's if people notice at all. I guarantee that most players will not notice and won't care anyway. Digital Foundry are at great pains to make us believe the three versions look different. But what does that difference mean in reality? It means this: the first version looks stunning, the second looks amazing, the third looks dazzling. So which do you prefer: stunning or amazing or dazzling? There is no loser - so who cares? Digital Foundry are at a stage where they are desperately trying to justify their own existence - frantically scrutinising games with a magnifying glass to detect the slightest frame drops, counting the number of pixels, jabbing their fingers at minute changes in lighting. It's petty, pathetic and actually looks like an illness. I would say 99.9% of players are unable to detect such nit-picky differences - and simply could not care less about them. Digital Foundry is catering for that tiny fraction of console owners who are obsessed with these issues in a way that is excessive, unhealthy and spoils their own enjoyment of the actual game. But the downside for Digital Foundry is that they have actually helped to make themselves obsolete. They have been the biggest cheerleaders for the insane race to achieve absurdly higher resolutions, ridiculously higher frame rates, and more and more redundant post-processing. The truth is that video games passed the bar for visual excellence many years ago. They (video games) have more than justified themselves as a medium in which artists can create stunning work. And yet these artists are constantly interrupted in their work by incessant pestering over pixel-counts and hysterical demands for yet higher levels of undetectable detail. Digital Foundry have done the industry a disservice because they have fanned the flames of this negative, wasteful culture. Instead of encouraging developers to achieve their visions within the confines of perfectly capable current hardware, they have pushed hard for ever-higher specs and pointlessly higher performance targets. This has not been in the interests of developers or players - it has been in the interests of making Digital Foundry seem relevant so that they can cling on to their own jobs. The good news is that this has become so blatant that their time must be almost up. Like in the fable of the emperor, people will soon realise that Digital Foundry have been conning us into paying for old games dressed in a brand new, shiny suit of clothes that is completely invisible.

Whys that? the devs are slowly catching up with the Series X dev kits and releasing patches, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla now runs good unlike ps5 now running at 40fps in some parts of the game. Looking forward to Dirt 5 patch for Series X now devs acknowledged it was a bug. Are you starting to get the feeling that the devs are slowly but surely getting to grips with the Series X power and its only a short while before the PS5 is left in the dust. Don't forget don't buy many games as ps5 has little SSD Storage and no SSD upgrade plus you can't store and move ssd games to USB 3 unlike Series X which does both
