I’m having nightmares of nick reviewing my house when I go to sell in a few years. Paid 350k for 1000sqft ranch half finished basement in Pembroke Ma. Just been renovating in my off time. Went from dome lights and dangerous ceiling fans to wafers throughout, removed the partial popcorn ceiling and fixed a lot of water damage in the ceiling as well as currently replacing sheathing windows and insulation in preparation for new siding down the line as it currently has 4/8 vertical aluminum on most of the exterior with deteriorating cement board from the badly installed replacement windows. Opted for new work pella windows with sheathing up to the new openings.
