you might want to consider allowing time at the end of your guided meditation to bring one back instead of going straight from serenity to dead silence. it can be disruptive especially to beginners

Thank you! 3 commercials within the meditation is a bit much.How can you meditate getting these interruptions? I tried but they were so jarring. Can you at least put them before the meditation begins and after it’s over?.

I didn't even know they were there. These are force placed commercials from copyright on youtube, I think it's because of the music . I no longer add music because of this. I will comment to youtube, although I'm not sure they'll assist.

I realized when I listened to other Meditations/attunements there were none. I knew something was up then. It’s just this one of all the ones I’ve listened to. It is hard to get into a meditative state when you have to stop and “skip” commercials. I love your Meditations! I’m so glad to have found you! 💖
