Just turned 50 and this riff still makes me shiver just like when I heard it in a French late night metal show. Way back in 1993. Jeeez !

For 30 years, I've been searching for this song, that was used in Solid Rock (tv show) when they were announcing upcoming convert. 30 years of explaining where it was from, humming it to music store clerks, than several years later, using apps and whatever forums to find it. Yesterday, by pure chance, I stumbled on it, here. This message might only be to posterity, I don't care, I finally found that song!🤘

Pantera is technically groove metal, they're very thrash-influenced, but Dimebag has alot more rhythym to his guitar playing than a thrash guitarist normally would.

I was in a band in Tucson, AZ where we opened for Testament and Sacred Reich a couple of years ago and these guys still kick ass. They don't look the same, but still sound as tight as ever. Nice guys too. The singer was wearing crocks and his son wanted our cd so we passed one on with a shirt. Great guys! Would agree too....there's a severe lack of real talent now compared to bands like this!
