The devil for me is cancer. My stepdad has a tumor in his throat that is growing rapidly. He is having a biopsy on Friday to determine if it is cancer and the doctor is pretty sure it is. He’s been in my life for 40 years. I’m the only one close enough to be with my mom during this time. I am a care giver for my mom. She has slight dementia and is at times very nasty to me and she was like this when I was a child. So it's very draining on me. I am extremely sensitive and hurt easily. Great video, as for the junk food thing something that works for me to cut down on sugar is I consciously allow myself one piece of chocolate at lunchtime. I have the afternoon to burn it off but more importantly I know that I've allowed that for myself so instead of denying myself and making it hard it's actually easier to resist other sugary snacks throughout the day because I know my piece of chocolate is there. It's a strategy that works for me and I hope that helps someone.
