Injections in the SI joint are a joke. I got one and it lasted one week.

I'm female mom, Please I need your help where to go and which Doctor I need to go or PT or Chiropractor or Doctor specialist?!! My symptoms are: I have pain around my pelvic ; exactly I couldn't sit comfortably around my rectum and my anus and around my tailbone , and same time my vagina muscles not working as normal like muscles closed not opening during intercourse is it vaginismus too!? I live in Illinois ,any advices, I appreciate it help me please 🙏🙏🥺

Find a Sports Medicine Physician that specialises in Spine or Pelvis. Failing that, you can go to any good Sports Medicine Physician. You can see your family doctor for a referral or advice

You might also need a pelvic floor physical therapist in addition to a sports medicine MD. I am not sure what works.

Si joint fusion, prolotherapy, baclofen ans tramadol helps. Smoking pot works tok but then you'll have a LOT of problems with those meds. Antidepressants stop working. Ligament pain is terrible.
