This one just about made me cry. I recently started learning about chakras and listening to your beautiful singing bowl videos. I think my interest has been sparked because I am working on finally speaking my truth re: trauma I experienced as a child. My first impression after learning about chakras was that my throat, solar plexus, and sacral chakras are the ones that need the most healing right now. I'm so thankful for this video. Breathing problems due to mucus and allergy along with acid reflux. Listened to this while inhaling steam from salt water and had a spoon of raw honey. Worked wonders. Will listen to this till I heal completely.
