I am a retired RN . I think you need a very good medical insurance plan, if you don't have one apply as soon as possible, talking will not help you, you will just keep on hopping from one hospital to another receiving the same outcome. Second you need to go back to ALL the hospitals you visited, go to the MEDICAL RECORDS DEPARTMENT, request copies of MEDICAL RECORDS of ALL services, including laboratory tests, radiology tests, ultrasound, CT, MRI, chest X-ray, etc, from ADMISSION to DISCHARGE , that is the job of the MEDICAL RECORDS DEPARTMENT. Wow, what a sad situation! Health care is not what it used to be. Torodol and Depro can increase blood pressure because there is no more estrogen to regulate hormones, and she's very anxious, which will increase her blood pressure! Spotting and cramping are side effects of Depro. They should have educated her about the side effects. D&C is dilation and curettage to scrape out the uterus, cervix, and endometrium to test for cancer. Hysterectomy to remove the uterus. Did she have insurance? Mercy! Brooklyn, man! The doctors at the last hospital were afraid to get involved. They probably realized she was videotaping them. She was hospital-hopping without getting proper care. Should have the D&C done to find out what is going on. Doctors can't tell without looking. Hospital bills are going to be enormous. Stop hospital hopping and get proper care. If she felt mistreated and wanted evidence, she should do it secretly, but she made it known. That's why doctors' offices and hospitals asked people to turn off all devices. They will not give her records before deleting certain information because of her encounters. You have to know how to handle situations if you want results! Each hospital she went to, they called the other one for her records, and knowing what took place and possibly of lawsuits, they refused care. They cover for each other. You need to change your insurance, first and foremost. Call all hospitals and ask for an itemized bill to know all medications that was given and take your discharge papers with the billing to an attorney. There should be two bills, one bill from the doctor and another for any procedure completed on that day which includes medications, lab work and any other test run. It’s seems that you have a lot of hospital to sue.

This sounds like she had an ectopic pregnancy and they need to do the D&C to clear it up and get rid of it. She obviously didn't do the surgery so they gave her pills to expel it and that's the reason for the clots. She needed the antibiotics to prevent infections which she didn't get initially which led to the infection festering and getting worst. Plus she keep switching hospital and didn't do an ultrasound after to ensure her uterus was cleared. They may have done her injustice but she caused some of it herself because she stubborn. If she continue like this she might eventually die from the infection. She need to stick to 1 hospital and set of doctors. She keep talking about the surgeries but yet not doing them. I'm so sorry you're going through but you need to stop running up and down and cooperate too to help yourself. I used to work at a hospital so I know the procedures. Plus you need family support, you can't do this all alone. Where are your friends/family/children.

Why is she bleeding so much, what is she primary diagnosis? The emergency room needs to have her medical history. This story doesn’t make sense. Because if her blood count was low, why would they give her something to make her bleed out. Which hospital would bring a patient on a floor by herself without staff. You have to agree and sign a consent form to do the hysterectomy. The treatment is to do the hysterectomy. The doctors and nurses can not help you if you dont agree to do the hysterectomy. No woman wants to remove her uterus but if cancer or fibroids is causing you to bleed then this is detrimental to your health. You need to be educated on the seriousness of what is going on with your health. You need emotional, physical, psychological support. Get a family member who is trustworthy and who cares about you to accompany you to the doctor. Someone who can advocate for you. I wish you good health as soon as possible. I listen to that story 3 timei have been working in New York health care system for 35 years i'm not a doctor I don't know that woman but I think she adicted to pain killer and have been fishing from ER to ER she doesn't comply to doctor order refuse to do the procedure reccommended and always found a security guard to tell her what to do that's against their policy to give medical advice she need to see a psychiatrist

It seems like they are treating her like a Opioid case. When you visit so many hospitals ER complaining about pain and asking for painkillers they identify you as an Opioid patient. I pray she’ll find some relief and help soon. I’ll keep her in my prayers.

It is a System that operates on Health Insurance. Or private insurance. Not like some countries that operates on National health system for all but if one can afford they can take a private insurance. This is the state of the world .my sympathy to this sister. As a provider for many years, this story raises many red flags jumping to too many hospitals and too many doctors. There is no way that all of the doctors from all of the different institutions will refuse to care for her. Additionally , alot of health care professionals also wark at different hospitals and if she keeps going to different hospitals they already know her . Docotrs can access her records from other sheared EMR as well. Seem like she need further evaluation. She need to stick with one hospital follow the recommendations from the doctor so she could start getting better.

What happen to her Health insurance,,this don't make no sense to me at all,kings county hospital is one of the best,it's has the biggest trauma unit in the u s,if she has a blood infection,1 injection is for about 1000 U S dollars,without insurance,so may be she has no insurance,

I am praying that she gets the proper care. I am also wondering what type of insurance she has. ER is not the place to use for proper continuity of care. Also, going from one hospital to another. The primary care physician should be helping more to coordinate the specialist appointments. I wonder why the doctor got upset when she requested a copy of the image. In my city, I did a liver CT and one of the questions they asked me was if I needed a copy of the imaging. I just had to wait an extra five minutes for the CD.
