Nothing cames in split of seconds. except lighting. crossing that small river is not that hard. When water came in small current. They are just bullshit.no brain. Moreover people standing nearby can save by making a rope by shawel and so on. This days instead of helping we intent to make videos when peoples are in need of help. My mother and me has faced this type of situation whenever we go to the field we have to pass the river after reaching the field sometimes it rains heavily due to which the river will increase more force and we need to pass back the river and we follow this everytime i will always carry a rope with the help of that rope i will tie on a huge tree and then i will tie in on my back and by holding my moms hand i will try to move upward direction due to which it is little easier to cross it and never ever stand at same position because the force will keep on applying to you instead hold on to each other hand and try to move upward direction
