t's not really the suing, unless you get a judge like that one who always sides with the "victim" instead of hearing defenses. The problem is defending yourself in court is the punishment; people can't face their accusers without spending a billion dollars on good lawyers.

Hate to break it to you, but when this episode aired there was a rash of vaguely-worded sexual harassment laws being put into effect in various states, and resultant frivolous lawsuits. Just PC culture as a whole, it comes in waves. The current one seems to be finally breaking, I hope the next one is smaller.

This has been an issue for 40yrs, for good or worse at least there is a venue for redress, it always comes down to the subtle difference in each case and courts tend to not go broad in scope of judgements.
