I still remember the day I came across this in the search results while I was in art class and cried at school. This song meant so much to me and it still does (It's my favorite song of all time btw). Back then (not even a week after this cover came out) I was in the middle of the worst weeks of my life, with one of the greatest friendships of my life having turned into a rivalry literally overnight a few weeks prior, my junior year of high school starting out like crap, and my friends on discord practically turning against me for a while for times I was so upset and depressed I said things I didn't really mean, and that's really just the tip of the iceburg. I actually deleted my channel that I had at the time which is why my comment is gone, and that was because of mental stress and depression but I have a new channel now which is this one. I just came across this again now in November 2022 and thus I wanted to give an update, and I'm happy to report that things have gotten better since those horrible times way back in September 2021 and 14 months have made an incredible difference. That friendship which turned into a rivalry overnight isn't a rivlary anymore and we're comfortable around each other and we are friends once again. Also my friends on discord are being welcoming to me again as well. School is still a bit hard at times though and nowadays I'm suffering from severe OCD and PTSD as well, but overall things have improved over the last 14 months. You weren't kidding when you said better days would come. Thank you for that and for making this beautiful cover.
