AVA and AVM aren't different timelines, they just happened at different times. In Alan's Cherry Blossom short, purple walks by a Chosen One wanted poster, in the same short he uses an elytra. Proving they're both in the same universe.

Not sure AvM and AvA are separate timelines. In Kings flashback, we see the same city present in AvA 6, in which the Chosen One flies from that same city to the lake where he fought the Dark Lord in AvA 5. This means that this place established earlier in AvA is where King came from, who then moved to Minecraft. Also, in one of the Actual Shorts, we see Purple pass through that same city to bring flowers to his mothers grave, and we see him pass by wanted posters of the Chosen One, just like the ones we see in AvA 6 before the Chosen One is chased by mercenaries. In that same short, we even see that Purple started in Minecraft before going into the city. In a previous short, we also see Purple and King ice skating together in Minecraft. Throughout the Actual Shorts, they reference events from both AvM and AvA, like Yellows command block staff, Kirby absorbing the Second Coming and firing a massive laser, and even Yellow and Green imagining who would win between the Dark Lord and King before Red interjects with a pig. Case in point, these Alan Becker series are definitely in the same timeline.

It's just that AVM happens first (at least up to the end of season 3) and then AVA V takes place. So the actual timeline goes something like this: 1. AVA 2. AVA II 3. AVA III 4. AVA IV 5. AVM season 1 6. AVM season 2 7. AVM season 3 8. AVA V (AVM season 4 not included as it is still in its early episodes and we do not have enough information to decide if it takes place before or after AVA V)
