It can happen some stomach viruses can be pretty bad. The symptoms can be really bad as well and can leave a person severely dehydrated or it can lead to other organs like the kidneys failing.

Stomach viruses are no joke,the can be extremely serious as I had colitis&sepsis,I was in hospital for 3 days but was extremely sick&took me a long time to recover

In 2020,september,i got a virus because accidentally i ate uncooked chicken ( i was in a restaurant and i saw little blood in my chicken,and as a foolish i ate it😢) .....so...after half hour when i back at home,i vomited,i had diarrea,my stomach and head hurt,.....i suffered two hours ,an and then i passed out ...i woke up at hospital after a call for ambulance from my paniked son.....😢rest of my day in thé hospital,i vomited blood ,and bloody dierrea too....i lost all my fluids...i was critical....almost died ...thé next day i start taking 9 pills and three vitamins for two months!!! I lost 20 kilos! ...... For those who asking about stomach situations i can say....its a miracle that im still alive😢...( Thé name of thé virus was salmonela btw)
