The two extremes of suffering - Working class youth in Indian cities are suffering from sub-par living conditions(like 10 people sharing a home) and lack of social/emotional support. On the other end, top 1% people in USA live in 50-acre mansions and have nobody to talk to. Causing them to go into depression and drugs. "And everyone in-between is suffering too......." The world needs more people like Sadhguru to open everyone's hearts/minds to the feelings of Oneness/Love/Sharing. Many believe(I also used to) that the world will be a good place when everyone has a high-enough standard of living with all comforts(food/housing/health/transport etc). But I have come to realize that it's the opposite. The world will be a good place when people realize that all happiness is within and they don't need all those comforts.

Please ask this for me.... when I listen you and others I plan well, it helps me to set up my goal, organize and try to think and know what I need to do, and what I should do , but when i start in the very next morning within a very little time my enthusiasm vanishes I become unable to accomplish as I planned because my body is not set up as my mind I.e. my body is not ready to run and cope as with my mind, hence the mind again slows down, and in the next time when mind is ready and running body supports but again falls back after sometime. It seems that I can never get up to my point and if I can it would be very late. So suggest me what to do in this case, how to charge up the body as the mind.
