Even more after i seen he went on that podcast which i watched which i was very disturbed by the profound ignorance that i witnessed on how deep of a programed mind that was showcased on the lowest level possiable.... The fact that such a great man humbled himself enough too be disrespected time after time an still attempting too open there mind enough for just 1 to see how lost an asleep they are.... It was hard for me to watch an imbarrsing for me knowing he was trying his best too save just 1 of the boys or at the very least maybe 1 would leave the show feeling they should search their self an realize they should try an think about what he was there for.... woah! i didnt know sadhguru said all this. that's what ive been saying as well. i got really into new age spiritualism, but then it started to feel out of alignment for me. i started going to an ashram and doing fire ceremonies and scriptures, and felt way more connected to hinduism. i am also a very logical person, and so its hard for me to connect to crystals, tarot cards, believing in spirit guides and all of that. i believe in the now. i believe in us all being one with existence and all that is. i believe that is enough.
@MoonLight-og7gf3 жыл бұрын
Sorry to tell you but he neither believes in anything or disbelieve in anything He doesn't identify himself as an hindu also. And also like you say i am logical he doesn't rely on his logic because he see it just a tool to survive. And please don't believe in all that stuff or disbelieve they could be true or could be not but don't live your life up on those things
@indianmilitary3 жыл бұрын
@@MoonLight-og7gf Both knowledge and experience are important in hindu dharma. Blind experience without correct and logical knowledge is like a blind man and it always leads to wrong conclusions like how Buddhists concluded Nirvana. So, Sadhguru does refer to books for his knowledge even though he does not acknowledge it. Sadhguru got his knowledge from his guru Bhagavan Shanmukha Anantha Natha who wrote the book "Divine intervention". The guru is no more since it was long time back (early 80s) nobody heard of him except few videos here and there.

After watching this interview and Andre's interview, I guess more of the "meditators" should interview Sadhguru because in this, there comes very profound clarity within me and otherwise Sadhguru has to work too much on vocabulary of the interviewers and in telling them in what context he uses which word! To me, these two interviews brought about more clarity than the much more famous interviews with celebs, perhaps because the questions were flowering from a genuine place of seeking which was not just on the surface.. Wow.. The feminine. I always dedicate my life to being feminine, And people say I'm too girly but I like being who I am, It brings me happiness in my life and I always follow my intuition, Nothing else, My Intuition always guides me wherever I want to go or whatever I want to do as I focus on my beauty. It has never lead me astray, And it has always made me happier than I've ever been in my life. Since I started living for myself and caring for myself, It has guided me ^ ^

Little late. The feminine focuses on manifestation. The masculine IS that manifestation. This is why the feminine is passive and masculine is active (on a grand scale of humans). You are simply working on refined manifestation of yourself, which is valid. Essentially a form of nurturing yourself. The masculine can also do so with his, since both have Yin and Yang in them. Take the right or left brain for example, or the motors and sensors in the nervous system.

Wow.. He explained exactly how I live my life through eating, All so well in this video. This is something I came to understand myself when I became very health and beauty conscious, After many years I figured this out. What he says is absolutely true, It's 100% true, And on those days I'm unwell and I didn't follow my usual system because of being unwell, I feel so down down and depressed and without energy at all. Just like he says, Most problems originate in the stomach, And I'd say our stomach decides about 90% of our health. Really amazing video, And right now is one of those times I'm feeling down, Because my sleep was disturbed for three nights so I didn't sleep much at all.. Ruining my whole eat and sleep system.. How I wish I lived in a peaceful place, That too is also very important for health. Make sure you're getting a good sleep, And follow this guru's advice, Because I really couldn't have put it better myself. It makes me so happy to see someone preach what I live by, And what everyone in my family disagrees with me about.. But even they have notice.. My Aura, They said I have a very calming energy about me now. Ofcourse, I quit eating meat 8 years ago. My advice for everyone is: No meats, No fast foods, No processed foods, No fats, No grease, No caffeine, No dairy, Limit Salt, Limit Sugar, Limit Proteins, And only eat until you've had just enough to feel no longer hungry, No more than that, So just, You're stopping the pain from the hunger. The most important thing is that your mind, body, soul, Is all one. You must conscious when you're consuming, And you must listen to your body, Not ignore it, Let it speak to you and it will tell you what it needs. For example, I used to drink cola, But I kept getting stress headaches when drinking cola, So I quit cola entirely, Regardless of how many 50 cans I had. I used to have energy drinks, coffee, And I noticed it made me sweat, So I quit it along with quitting caffeine entirely and that was no longer an issue, Insomnia was also greatly reduced and stopped for a while (only being brought back by external factors such as noise disturbances). Make sure you are listening to your body. Be thoughtful of everything you eat. If you notice something, Don't ignore it, Never ignore it. If that chocolate bar is making your stomach upset, Stop eating the chocolate. If that drink is giving you a headache, Stop drinking that drink, And replace it with something else. If there's another chocolate bar that's making your skin greasy, Stop having that chocolate bar. Your body has all the answers already, Along with the best ingredient list for you. It is upto you to listen to it. If something is slowing your digestion, making you feel constipated or tired, You should not be having that anymore. Your body has all the answers, And if you learn to listen to it well every part of your life will improve. When you eat, You should be feeling energized, Alive, And lighter. You should not be feeling down and depressed and low on energy, And if you don't need to eat, Don't eat, Just wait until you're so hungry you have to eat, And use all that extra time you have gained doing something productive and you will realise you are being so much more productive than you usually are. It's really an extraordinary thing. Go with this newfound wisdom and really listen to it, It will change your life more than anything. I wish more people would listen to this. My own family, Have health problems, I tell them but they are not listening to me. The last time I tried their rice it was so salty my heart reacted as if I'd seen a ghost.. But, I never felt that way a few years before, Even if they had cooked it the same way. It is a testament to how much healthier I have become. My body knows what is wrong and what is right, And has become more fine-tuned and sensitive to these things, So I can eat healthier and live healthier, And I hope all of you, Can too. To have a clear mind and a light body, It really is the best thing in the world. In the past, I used to always be anxious and depressed, Not a single day without worry or fear, And I lived most of my life like that, Until I was 24 years old and I started changing things. By 26 now I've changed so much, It's just been two years but it feels like ten. The amount of progress I've made has surprised me. My body was long term damaged.. But it can also heal, And, It has already done so far more than I realised was possible. You just have to believe in yourself, And take good care of yourself with this advice. Ofcourse I don't need to tell you smoking or drinking alcohol or recreational drugs are bad, I'm sure you all know that already~ Stay away from all the bad things, And take really good care of yourself. That more than anything will change your life, And will bring you closer to enlightenment. Some of you may think "this is too easy, there's no way it can bring me closer to enlightenment" Just follow this everyday and you will realise it yourself, It will change you as a person for the better. Good luck to everyone. ♥

Sadhguru is the one if you follow him for few days only you will become a better human being. I changed my eating habit consciously and I am now little more conscious about everything.. Sadhguru must be having tremendous knowledge, his best line 'Do feel it by yourself and then believe it'. I am slowly switching to two meals in a day, eat less (as per Ayurveda and sadhguru) you are eating way more then your body needed and I am started feeling more active from last few weeks...

It's very interesting what he says about food and fasting. I'm going to incorporate more fasting and the best thing was what was said about the water content of the food.. and especially not taking water with food. I put a few things together regarding the great sage Ramana Maharahi. One thing is, he always sipped water with his food.. the other was he often had constipation issues. Aha!

One unsolicited advice, fix the excretion process first, which will take some time of work, and reduced food intake and more liquid content. The moment you realise that you body is becoming more flexible, you know it's cleaning up.

@@gulshankumarchoudhury9527 ive been doing yoga asanas for many years, that'll be interesting to be more flexible. I have definitely noticed feeling bloated when i take water with food. Now i see why. So, you're saying more water content in food? Fruit, vegetables and so on? I'm experimenting with not drinking while or after eating for a couple of hours and drinkimg around an hour before meals. I don't myself have constipation, but i put two and two together from what i knew about Ramana Mahashi and his habit of taking a sip of water between bites of food (.in day by day with bhagavan), and the fact that he often suffered from constipation. I imagine by flooding the digestive acids with water it would obviously stop the process, perhaps causing bloating or constipation. I mean no offense to Ramana Maharshi.

As per Ayurveda, drinking water in between meals is fine, never really before or after a meal. Another good practice is drinking lukewarm/warm water instead of normal temp water, this aids digestion. Most of the time, water used to be treated with certain herbs in accordance with seasons, as per our texts. Those herbs probably made the water easier to digest thereby not interfering with the process of digestion. In China, people drink small sips of tea in between meals, which again is a good practice, provided the herb used suits your body type. Need to bring back ancient wisdom :)

I learned to do meditation and find joy through shared wisdom of some masters, I could feel joy without the assumption of anything, sometimes ppl would ask me, why you are so happy, then they tried to guess different normal things for that, but I was just like that in that moment, told them you just activate your happiness from inside you, being grateful for tings you have and ow the world it's amazing, see the positive things. It's not always easy or I'm always like that, but I'm aware of it and that I can reach it through inner work sometimes, I like to share my positive energy or mindset when I can, hoping this will give a positive impact to others and that his can help them, I think it's important to do it if we have this power.

Spiritual process is just this: To see life as it truly is. To be in that which is how it is and to experience it just the way it is. To do this all you need to do is to stay in life and let everything that is not you (mind + body) or life (mind made concepts) fall off. What is left is you and life. The creation is being experienced by the creator without any friction. Why is this so hard? Because peoples minds are so invested in their own seperate (mind) identity that it itself does'nt want to give it up. This you solve by subjectivley experiencing your true self trough witnessing the impermanence of the mind. By knowing who you truly are you can let go of the mind chatter and stay in life totally and absolutley until life is all you see.
