Grandma & Grandpa & Great-grandma all said the recipe to living longer eat on time everyday, listen to your stomach as to not starve it or overfill it . Walk every day don't sit for long periods. Have a social life as life is not about just working. Laugh & cry hard when you have too, it's ok to cry it releases the pain in the heart & soul & cleanses your spirit to keep going. Thinking positive thoughts don't let negative vibes bother you remover yourself Frome I've situation or people.. Some difference between Buddhism and what Sadhguru teaches: 1. Understanding of emptiness - in the advanced schools of Buddhism emptiness is the lack of self - nature, i.e. everything we perceive is our own projection (Buddhism) vs. some vague explanation of maya, or veil, covering simple non-existence. 2. The importance of non-objectified love (wishing happiness), which makes life meaningful and happy, and then long existence is just joy, the opposite of suffering. Love

I fully agree with Sadhguru. Whatever I’m doing my weight does not change. All i do is eat non packaged food. It is as simple as that. Of course your wife/husband must support else you can’t do it. 😆

That is not true. If your husband/wife do not want the same from life.. they want to follow the wrong path.. you do not follow them. It is your choice - your body - your choice. Yes it is easier to be supported by your partner but what if one does not have a partner - you have to do things on your own. You came into this world on your own and you do on your own. Do you think your partner will die with you if you die before him/her? Obviously not.

Your weight doesnt change because you are not on a caloric deficit, simply you eat and drink more calories than you burn by moving your body.All these Sadhguru's stories are bullsh*t.Its actually extremly simple, just increase your activities, walk, run, exercise, do something and be aware of food you are eating.Every other advice overcomplicates problem.The main issue is that people are so freaking lazy and thats why we have so many fat persons.

We make it true by our interpretations of what it is we are seeing. If we are using perception to justify our own mistakes-our anger, our impulses to attack, our lack of love in whatever form it may take-we will see a world of evil, destruction, malice, envy and despair. All this we must learn to forgive, not because we are being “good” and “charitable,” but because what we are seeing is not true. We have distorted the world by our twisted defenses, and are therefore seeing what is not there. @@marieremirez1790Hello Maria. I think Sadh Guru is saying don't eat STALE food. What I was taught was that it's probably OK to eat refrigerated leftovers if they are put in the fridge as soon as they are cool enough but even that is not ideal. We should try to cook only what's needed. Of course it depends a bit on the climate. Cold weather is less of a problem than hot. Why do you wish to be so old and important? In 40 years it will not be enough food on this planet to feed everyone. Not because it's not enough space for food. But because nobody cares for others then themselves.. Think that! Isn't that a miracle and a good plan for my grandchildren? Does anyone care? I am 53 now and my granddaughter will be 44and my grandson will be 40... But who cares about them and me and you? Think longer than your nose, and do something.. I don't care, because I will be dead.. What is the point of throwing shit and bad words to each other??? //!!!

@techannouncement9914 Жыл бұрын
@@pdlamboj948 this is not any rocket science dear.. take fresh neem leaves wash it and make a fine paste try to grind it without water n make marble size ball .. I normally make for an week n keep it air tight jar in refrigerator n same as turmeric n u can have it daily empty stomach with lukewarm water before going to morning walk..

I’m confused because I become EXTREMELY nauseous on an empty stomach. I start eating to avoid the inevitable. This has been going on since ages 54-57. I feel lost. My body seems to reject a lot of foods.

I will not make tea from neem is not a pleasant taste, just mix the neem leaves powder with a bit of water, just enough to roll small pearl like size balls in your hands. and drink it with water. i make few but they do not keep in the fridge more than 3-4 days without getting mouldy so now i keep them in the freezer. every morning I take one neem and one good quality turmeric capsule. I then drink warm water sweetened by a bit of honey. that also helps with the temperature in the stomach ,as the neem ball is frozen as I have said.

My Father and myself grow 70% of our veggies and fruit. We try to be as natural and self sustainable as possible. Basically just following the same guidelines of life that my family have lived by for the past 100 years. The new products are designed to be used and thrown away, not repaired or repurposed, or reused. With food we use everything and waste nothing. And what is thrown out feeds the wildlife and the Garden. The younger generations have forgotten the way we lived in the 1970's in New Zealand. And when it all turns to shite, they are going to have to learn very quickly, or starve and freeze.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community
