World teacher is someone who knows all the paths, Shiva was the first one. Every path comes from Shiva. Sadhguru comes from the lineage of Saptrishis who were under the tutelage of Shiva. There is a documentary on Sadhguru's lineage and his previous life as Sadhguru Sri Bramha on KZbin. It has covered his devotees from his previous life too.

JK doesn’t even give much importance to his very enlightenment experience which took place under a pepper tree. The reason why he refused to be the world teacher is not because of he’s not realised, it’s just that being a world teacher or an ultimate authority is stupid, at least as far as JK is concerned, though JK’s way is purely intellectual he has been treating as one among the greatest masters 🙏

Jiddu Krishnamurthi was an agnostic. He did not believe in any organized religions or gurus. Even though his teachings resembled Buddhism he did not admit to that. In one of his speeches in Madras when a questioner asked about Ramana Mahrishi and Ramakrishna Paramahamsa he pretended as if he had not heard about them. However, Krishnamurthi himself admits to having some 'mystical' experiences during his childhood. In memoirs written when he was eighteen years old, Krishnamurti described psychic experiences, such as seeing his sister, who had died in 1904, and his late mother. Again at Ojai in August and September 1922, Krishnamurti went through an intense 'life-changing experience. Anyway, Krishnamurthi's core teaching is as follows: "Truth is a pathless land. Man cannot come to it through any organization, through any creed, through any dogma, priest or ritual, not through any philosophical knowledge or psychological technique. He has to find it through the mirror of relationship, through the understanding of the contents of his own mind, through observation and not through intellectual analysis or introspective dissection".

Spiritual people who attain realisations through just different paths can not be termed world teachers, they are termed teachers of those particular types. A world teacher is the one who have explored the every path and the way of human counsciousness like Shiva. So, JK was a particular type and not suitable for all kinds of people, so he acknowledges it and refuses to be world teacher. His refusal doesn't mean he had not inner realisation. So, there can be one world teacher like Shiva and that is what Sunira's dream was, to create another world teacher like Adiyogi. Thank you!

Its been "framed" in mind based on what Sadhguru told in the video. We believe in someone, take their words for granted, we don't try to explore on our own and frame ideas based what they say. This is one of important point JK was speaking about throughout his life and Sadhguru is talking about - (knowing that)I don't know is a tremendous possibility'.
