I moved to Norway when i was 12 years old, growing up in Tanzania as a child, we had (uji wa ulezi) ragi pourage every day. Now I make the same pourage for myself and my children every morning. My 5 year's old is foods sceptical, ragi pourage is the only thing he's not sceptical to. And it's one of the few foods he requests when asked. Here in Norway it's sometimes had to purchase ragi flour, especially during the pandemic. When I find ragi at the shops I usually grab more packages than I can carry 😂 like if there is a food crisis.

This brought memories back.. Raggi mudde known for me as Thalapa, I remember my grandma made it and she and I both loved eating with curry and some lime juice. I also remember watching her making it❤. I miss her. Thanks to her as a baby and a child I received very healthy food. Through sadhguru I am learning importance of some of the things my grandma did for me ❤😊😊

You can have millet in the night but it not all types of millet...cos some takes time to digest ..so please do study about the millet you want to consume , learn how to cook it and then consume it . Stay healthy!!

Thank you Sathguru. We are from Tamizhnadu. My Amma used to make this, when we were all younger...and it used to be very tasty, of course.. When you served the dish to your daughter, I was reminded of my Amma. I too prepare this, but from now on, perhaps would be on a more frequent basis. Credits to you, for both - bringing my Amma alive in my memory, and also for inspiring us to cook more of Ragi. Namaskaram and thank you, once again.
