Overweight ah irunthen before practice.2 months laye 10kgs alavukku weight loss aachu, just because of eating in a conscious manner and more keen observation of our mind and body. After 4 years of regular practice today, IT la evlo heavy work pressure irunthalum burn out aagatha alavukku mental balance irukku. Munnadi over pressure iruntha job quit pannirken ,burn out aagirken. Nowadays i am much better

I don't watch any sadhgurus philosophy videos.. Since 2 years I am following sadhguru s eating habit videos.... I had so many diseases pressure, sugar etc... After following 2 meals per day rule, I am disease free now... I am healthy now because of sadhguru only 🙏.. Please follow sadhgurus advice related to food... Follow all food related videos.... I ate breakfast and dinner And for lunch only full plate of fruits And drink plenty of water.... 1 hour walking and yoga 4 hours gap between breakfast and lunch , 4 hours gap between lunch and dinner Healthy food positive mind
