This is the same thing we were taught as kids. That you focus on the heart, the spirit, the personality of the person. If you focus on the skin as he speaks of you are only judging the book by it's cover. You are not learning about, loving the person for who they are. I have believed for many many years that a person is loved because of who they are, not how they look. A person can love you deeply, be loyal, will be there for you, want to help you, but will be shunned because of how they look. Because of an outer appearance. Weight, or seen as ugly. People judge too easily based on what they see on the outside. This is what I think about when I watch this video. Perhaps there is more too it? I will have to watch this again and again.

I'm pretty consistently aware of my Aura... there was a time where it was a blue honeycomb pattern, which developed into golden heraldry, displaying esoteric symbols. More time passed, and it became black and red... a pirates energy, tattered clothes, gangrene and gunsmoke.... More time passed and then it was imperial... viridescent green apothecary energy... with a gleaming edge of sharpened steel.... And now, I have evolved my aura... to that of A Brutalist Imperial Soldier... Black Armor, in a field of Green and Purple light.... and in the distance... white granite battlements of an ancient fortress.... and in my hands, a great Mace... and my eyes show green light It stays pretty consistent for a year to 5 at a time, before changing based on my Dharma.
