I love listening to Sadhguru, he has the ability of making you feel very close to him and has aided me greatly in my own understading in recent years. His teaching has broadened my personal understanding and also my professional life with regard to my approach the men's work. Every human being is born with a Mind ,Body and Soul .Each connected to each other. All three line up to experience our existence as individuals .As a baby ,child and adult stage of our lives . If we look closely at ourselves we can come to the conclusion that we are perfectly made. To make something there has to be a designer. Something cannot come from nothing. Therefore there must be a purpose for our existence. Why should our life come to an end? This will give no purpose .We spend most of our lives ,trying to survive.
