I've struggled with the concept of "what's after death" since I was 13. It's lead me to many sleepless nights for fear of wasting time and panic attacks. I'll be 30 soon and it still makes me want to cry. But on the opposite side, being so aware has probably made me the person I am. I enjoy helping others, but also just experiencing the weather and smaller things. I'm still suffering from those fears, but I'm glad I found this at least.

I saw a comment once by someone and he said death is a sweet release. To some degree, I can understand this. I mean think of all the trivial things going on in the world and in our daily lives. When do most of us get a chance to relax our mind and body? Sleep. Death is just a long sleep. A time to release relax.

You are not alone in this fear! Almost every human being has this fear. I do have it too… However, no one can help you, except yourself! From what I have understood about death, is that it’s a very easy process. It’s like sleeping that you don’t know anything while you asleep. And I don’t think all this has been created for nothingness. However, no one can say for sure that what’ll happen after death. But it’s very unlikely that it’s nothingness

@suman9622 I have attempted to describe this. I have expanded my vocabulary. Words do not do it any justice. More words only confuse the mind. In its simplest form... In layers, my awareness expanded away from my body. I was not alone. Instantly , my awareness was within the cells of my body. Connected. All the same. I was watching the ants work together, to excavate their home. I asked myself, "I wonder if they have any idea I am here?" I was shown the answer and the mirror. All is one. Vast. Unquantifiable. As soon as I try to contain this experience in words, the words flow and flow, trying to share the connection with everything. Everywhere I travel in my consciousness reflects an example of this . It is my most basic truth. Each of us is the flow, the momentum, the energy of life. Each of us is our creation within our own point of light at the end of a Fibre Optic Cable. Living our original, simple, uniquely perfect, experience; connected to the light source, bundled together and yet individual expressions. Hopefully, this makes sense. It is the best I can do in this moment. Namasté 🦋🤍🦋
