One time i did pranayama by accident or before i knew what it was. A couple times as a kid i had experiences where i noticed peculiar feelings or sensations. Like once i got a drink of water after playing and the water made me feel a tingle like sensation all over or other times i would be running in gym and would feel weightless like i was running on air and when i breathed it would tingle. So as i got to be a young adult i had some strange and bad events happening and i started meditating but it wasnt something i ever really learned or looked up it just sort of came to me after i prayed. Well like i said after i meditated a lot i started doing pranayama naturally also even though i never heard of it and one day after i did it a lot something happened that i cant describe very well but it felt like what i imagine bliss or nirvana or something might be. It was like i had total mental peace quiet and clarity. But it only did it for about 5 seconds then it went away but after that i had a lot of fortunate things happen

So in our culture no one is disappointed. You can consider any one/any of your favorite God as the Supreme (or) Parabrahma/Paramātma. Because we know the fact that Parabrahma/Paramātma is formless and the sound ॐ is considered as Parabrahma

Its like you could define distance in terms of time never needing to measure it if you view it from a duration point of view. Same theory applies to the other two creation and sustaining forces too. All three are everything from the concept of those angles but different when visualuzed as three for the benefit of further analysis.

I feel lucky to listen on feminism ,it's such a pleasure to hear . I have always felt Maa durga and Lakshmi whenever I pray.
