Sadhguru gives very balanced and beautiful answers to sensitive questions. I have listened to him in several other videos and I have found Sadhguru an extremely decent man with a high spiritual profile. I have been raised in an orthodox country where religion treats masturbation as a taboo, or as a sin only because culturally speaking sexual desire outside of marriage is believed to be inspired by the devil. Even very young people, teenagers, are taught to consider that their intimate moments offend God and affect their mind and body health, and they become spiritually degraded or perverted. All this is because orthodoxy rejects evolution. Sadhguru mentions evolutionary processes in many of his interviews or stage presentations, which an orthodox priest or theologian would deny or put them on the account of the evil spirits. Unfortunately, people are not encouraged to speak openly and without shame about the biological aspects of life, but prefer to remain silent about them, because this is the way society has developed culturally. A basic natural need has been culturally and abusively altered and turned into something malefic, only because of some superstitions and religious misunderstandings.

I'm 74 years old and have choked my chicken regularly my whole life and never went blind or grew any hair in the palms of my hands so it's been ok for me. I started this video as a grandma who thinks too much masturbation would be if you are getting sore from doing it. I believe we need to masturbate to know our bodies and for women to learn how to orgasm and for ment to learn how to not orgasm too soon. Masturbation is bad for health. Then why did God create man and woman ? God planned that man and woman will do sexual intercourse as it is biologically natural and is part of Mother Nature. If self-abuse is correct then, only man or only woman, - any one of the two - would have been created. There are more than 1000 videos by doctors telling you that masturbation is not harmful. I can tell you that it is very harmful. I have read many scientific/medical books on this subject.
