However, as an Ayurvedic doctor, I can say that, explicitly expressing emotions for a long time can do more harm than good. For example, Ayurveda mentions 4 emotions that affects digestion - Sadness, Overthinking, Fear, Anger and expressing these emotions explicitly can lead to digestion related issues. And according to Ayurveda, every disease is due to a bad Agni a.k.a gut health. So to take care of your health, one must have control over one’s emotions.

Thoughts require emotion and emotion requires Energy. To think, you have to give Energy to emotion to thought. So thought then becomes inseparable from emotions and feelings.

Emotion and thought are not really two separate things. Also, thoughts bring emotions, emotions bring thoughts, thoughts bring thoughts, emotions bring emotions.

Thought is dry, emotion is juicy....Perhaps this is saying that as the thought travels through the body it finds its juicyness in the fluids of the body that are involved with the release of hormones, neurochemicals proteins, etc....and all of this affects our bodies physiology. If a person believes completely that they are limited is some way, the limitation will manifest in a juicy way....perhaps in the blood, or in the Lymphatic system. If the opposite is true, and the same person believes they are unlimited in their connection to healing, then health and well-being will manifest in its own juicy recipe. This is why if one wishes to experience well-being they must first learn to perceive in a way that brings awareness of the truth of our cosmic being. Most seem to be content to perceive / experience a disconnected, disempowering sense of self created limitation, isn't it so?

Sadhguru is not fully correct here. What they(doctors) observe and calculate are the chemical reactions and changes in receptors. But the emotions are a form of energy in us(ourbrain) and that energy changes when the structure of brain is changed, making that energy flow and act differently becuz of that change in structure.

Totally wrong on the emotion and thought car because the emotions come from the heart in the thoughts come from the mind and even though they are intertwined that doesn't mean they're the same thing...
@VirtuaMe6 жыл бұрын
bluekron77 isn’t the heart connected to the mind? Yes? Isn’t it so? Yes or No? Yes it is. Is the mind only dry? But the heart only juicy? No. The mind is dry and juicy and sweet, all thoughts and emotions exist in the mind. And the heart? It is a blood pump, (audience laughter) it pumps blood for the entire body, controlled by the mind. You feel it in your heart? Yes. You feel the blood doing things there that your emotional and thoughtful mind has commanded your heart do. Yes or no? Yes. You are mostly Baboon? Yes. Don’t worry, I am too.

More precise: Feelings manifest on the physical and can be measured as electrochemical signals
@neckashi69712 жыл бұрын
Electrochemical signals is a process which causes changes in the brain structure and emotions are just the energy within us(ourbrain) but when the structure Changes it comes out differenty.. Here better explaination

I don't agree thoughts are in the brain . They can be outside your brain too , awareness is not in the brain.
