Hare Krishna Prabhuji. You mentioned that those who pray to the devatas are in the mode of goodness, but you also mention that praying for material benefits is in the mode of passion. Now almost all the people who pray to the devatas instead of the Supreme Lord pray for material benefits, so I am confused by this. Wondering if you can clarify this point. Thank you.
