That's true, but she goes on to call herself Mrs. Kilgore and Arthur Mr. Kilgore, making them a married couple. The first time she said Mrs. she might have meant "Mrs. Adler" because she's a widow, but a few sentences later she is clearly pretending to be married to Arthur

That's a blatant lie. A widow is generally still referred to as Mrs., out of respect for her deceased husband. She may also retain her husband's name until she remarries. Also, "doesn't matter if their husbands die"? What do you think the definition of a widow is, moron. What you're talking about is called divorce.

their cover is clearly married couple. They kinda are a couple by virtue at this point. It's just that Arthur is dying and Sadie is widowed. Bit too hard if she gets widowed again. Still, if not Sadie, it's that lady in the hunting cabin. She's a top rival but you get missions with Sadie so she has more development with Arthur. It's like they act as both older brother and sister to John and his wife.
