Stan will bring a set of new skills with friends and contacts ,Sadia likes to be busy,the flat at the convent nearly done but others to do too,you will all be able to help on some projects .You never really finish so convent and two chateau still to work on.painting out the graffiti first job!

For those that may be confused and in an attempt at only trying to be helpful: This channel used to be Sadie's channel when she was remodeling the convent apartment, it looks like to me. It also looks like some exciting things are happening for her and Stand and the new endeavor. I remember when this chateau was shown on another channel. I can't wait to see what is in store! On a side note: Sadie, please let us know from time to time how to horses are and some of the other things you were showing before the channel direction change. Thanks so much for putting yourself (yourselves) out there. :)

Many french are also taking on old chateau ,there are plenty of them empty over40k but only using french as a language restricts the overseas demands to limited countries so more financing has to come from work ,family and mortgages.English rocks to more affluent nations .

@@horst6855 I think you are confused, the country of France is not paying these KZbinrs. The KZbinrs are taking a calculated risk on a video platform that aids them raise money that may or may not cover the costs of the restoration. They assume all the risk and the government of France none; therefore it is a greater benefit to these historic buildings and architectural preservations for France. Its is obvious you are from France so I would like to finish by saying I believe France to be one of the greatest countries in many aspects as history, architectural buildings , cuisine, literature and progressive though. Lastly, my descendants emigrated from France and I'm very proud of my ancestry. 🙂

I love how Stan is such a historian. I think if you put a few life size cut outs of Stan around the property showing he is one of the new owners and say if he catches you there you won’t be prosecuted you will be persecuted then maybe the word will get around and people may stop coming to the chateau. As lovely as Stan is, he is intimidating with just his size. Thieves don’t need to know that Stan is a kind and lovely gentleman.
