The "no one is paying attention to you" thing is sooo true. I tell this to all the people who confide in me about looking dumb at the gym. And I also tell this to my middle school girls who are so embarrassed to be in their uniforms or changing in front of the other girls. I tell them, no one cares about what you look like! They're too focused and worried about themselves.

When my son was younger he had acne and I never have, not like that, I would have the occasional pimple because it was that time of the month but he would always ask me "mom what do you wash your face with" and I said water and he was so surprised and was like your right and it cleared up for him.
