I feel so lucky that the artist I consider to be the greatest in the world is still creating at the highest level.

I started listening to Sadistik in highschool- I understand where his sound is in 2024- I still find though that he is fundamentally similar to who he was.

New Gen Music Don't Even Compare To what Sadistik has been BRiNging to The Table for years now. Lyrically and beat wise, it's untouchable. Why this channel is not 100k plus is ridiculous. The 31k that's subbed = millions in quality souls in this world of fake Bots. Masterpiece his new album gonna be. Salutations 🇨🇦

The music sounds beautiful. Now that I'm a Christian I doubt I should be listening to it. He has a talent, but I just don't feel right. The imagery is just... Dark.

Well, yeah. His name is Sadistik. Life is one long horror movie. He's just providing the narration. It's beautiful, but scary at the same time...you know what I mean? Hope you're having a great day!

Sometimes looking at things from different perspectives is the best way to solidify your own. I know christians who listen to him and are grateful that they didnt let his views put them off. Art doesnt have to align with your views for you to appreciate it, it took me a LONG time to understand that.
@mobidkillerxАй бұрын
@@Mmurzn Which song is that?
@mobidkillerxАй бұрын
@@jakethesnake1023 Thanks for the reply! Yeah one thing I struggle with is letting go of music that I feel I shouldn't be listening to anymore. I understand what you're saying and I think I partially agree, but at the same time.... They say music is spellcasting and I've even heard some people say at some of these major record label companies they have a room that they will put the Masters in and bless them with different rituals before making copies and sending them out to the public. If it was just some random person saying that, I wouldn't think anything of it, but it was an old artist who used to be very popular saying that. So if that's true, I don't think we as Christians should be even dabbling in it. There's one particular song by Sadistik called, "Where you want me" and it's almost hypnotizing. The beat is just beautiful and his lyrics are mesmerizing. The video is also very well done and is absolutely amazing when everything is put together like it is. But there's one part in the song where a couple words are said in the background in a very turned down demonic sounding voice that says, "let them play in ashes". I know I may be coming off sounding stupid, but combine that with the flashes of him with his satanic pentagram ring on his finger and it just gives off this creepy and unsettling vibe. I mean I can listen to artists like, "City Morgue" and I know that music is evil, but they are right out in the open with it and that doesn't feel as creepy as Sadistik can. I don't know, I've tried to find Christian music to listen to, and as someone who has been addicted to metal and dark/grimy rap for so long, it's just hard to find something that I like, so unfortunately for now, I'm still listening to the same stuff I was listening to before I found God. 😞
